We do not require sign‑up, and we never collect payment information. All tools are 100% free, with no credit cards or accounts needed.

Data Processing & Third Parties

Pencilfree uses external processing services to power its AI tools. When you use a tool (for example, to summarize text or generate an image), your input is sent to a secure third‑party service that performs the AI computation. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose. We do not share personal information with them – only the content you explicitly submit for processing.

All uploaded or generated content is deleted immediately after processing and is not stored on our servers. We do not retain any of your files or prompts.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Because we collect so little data, the risk is minimal. Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt communication between your browser and our servers.
